Kindness & Gratitude Challenge Weekly Check-In
hosted by Chris Scheller
- It is going to take a lot of kindness and gratitude for us to get through all this together. We invite you to keep a journal or chart to record acts of kindness and gratitude for each member of your quarantine pod and then we'll check in to share our own acts as well as our observations each week. This is designed as an activity friendly to people of all ages including families with young children. One idea especially for the younger or young at heart: Write and draw cards with messages or pictures of hope, like rainbows, and send them in to a local retirement or assisted living community. Maplewood at Weston (99 Norumbega Rd) and Sunrise of Weston (135 North Ave) would both be delighted to receive such cards.
- Join us on Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/148322833
