- We all want to get better at getting older. What’s the secret? It turns out there are very real things we can all do now to journey through older adulthood that much smoother. Our interactive discussion will range from aging-related myths to current research, and will include clinical vignettes and a review of practical strategies for the very attainable ahead of us all: aging easier. The audience will be invited to engage in a self-inventory activity related to the topic.
